Bibi and Tina, two cheerful, outgoing teenagers witty, loving and smart – are inseparable friends, mad about riding and having adventures together with their horses.

Bibi Blocksberg, the smart little witch is not afraid especially when it means doing something about injustice. Tina is more level-headed and prudent but she likes to let herself be swept along by Bibi who is sometimes rather impulsive. The stories of their friendship have a particular attraction as a result of Bibi’s witchcraft. However, Bibi doesn’t use her magic to solve everyday problems but only in emergencies – although she is sometimes very liberal in her definition of an “emergency”.

Bibi visits Tina on the Martin’s Farm as often as she can at the weekends and during the holidays. The two of them help Tina’s mother to do the chores on the riding stables. But there is always enough time for their favorite pastimes: taking care of the animals and racing on their horses. And very often they are accompanied by someone else: Alexander von Falkenstein, the Count’s son and Tina’s boyfriend.

The Bibi and Tina stories take place at riding stables and in the surrounding rural environment. Here you can find everything that a teenager’s heart desires: horses, riding, first love and the Count’s castle.

Bibi’s witchcraft gives the stories a fantastic final touch. But even without witchcraft Bibi and Tina’s lives are full of fantasy and permanent adventures.
